After 8 years of bartending, Dan learned more than how to make a mean Bushwacker. He learned that connecting with people starts with listening to them - a bit of career training as important to mixologists as it is to brands and marketers.
Strike up a conversation with Dan and you're likely to hear of his passion for great strategy that's equal parts science, creativity and hard work or his core belief in big ideas that cross multiple disciplines. Well that, or how he rallies behind the underdog brand - after all Dan's a lifelong Browns, Indians and Cavs fan.
And for over 15 years, he's been putting those driving philosophies to work for brands like NASCAR, Goodyear, Michelin, Mercedes-Benz USA and Canada, Freightliner, Daimler Trucks NA, JCB NA, Airstream, Healthstat, BFGoodrich, Realtree Outdoors, and First Citizens Bank.
From his youth, Scott has always been a competitor. No matter what - middle school soccer, high school tennis or Sunday backgammon - he's always been looking for ways to out-maneuver and out-smart.
So, it was a natural decision for Scott to ditch the racquet and turn that tenacity in pursuit of an MBA from the USC Moore School of Business. Armed with a superior strategic thinking mindset, a passion for solving technical & business problems and a good-guy demeaner, he became the natural liaison between marketing and MIS/technology departments.
His deep understanding of the full life-cycle development of digital projects has been put to use in 600+ digital projects for major brands like BMW, Wachovia, Michelin, Uniroyal, Verizon Wireless, Mercedes-Benz USA and Canada, Freightliner, Daimler Trucks NA, JCB NA, Advance America, ScanSource, Milliken and United Way.
Imagine a younger version of Bill Gates only cooler and with a skateboard - that's Kacey. He started at an early age striving to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Before high school in fact and in his parents' home, Kacey began developing one of the first Internet Service Providers in California. The backbone that he built laid the foundation for one of the largest ISP companies in the world today.
Ever since, he's been developing IT strategies and best methods of operation for some of today's leading companies - like Mercedes-Benz, JCB, 3Com, Adidas, Johnson & Johnson, Burger King, and BP.
That childhood passion turned into a lifelong obsession and relentless pursuit of newer and smarter ways to connect.
For as long as Tom can remember, he has been taking things apart and putting them back together or simply building them from scratch. From Lincoln Logs & Erector Sets to pool pumps and car engines - he was destined for engineering or architecture. So, what does a 16 yr. old do when given the choice between automotive engineering and racing school? He enrolls in art school.
And for nearly 20 years, armed with a degree in design & sculpture and an insatiable desire for new thinking, Tom has been creating timeless work for leading brands like: Michelin, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, JCB, Gold's Gym, Costa Del Mar Sunglasses, Realtree and the American Red Cross. Along the way he's being recognized by The One Show, ADDYs, Show South, Tellys, Archive, Graphis and PICAs.
And still always asking: "How do I make it work better?"
