Insight we discovered:
Most lenders in the category focus on themselves as the “hero” our audience needs to make ends meet. Through research, we learned that our target is hardworking, financially savvy, and have their own unique systems for moving money that commands respect.
Creative concept:
“The Official Sponsor of Making It Work”
Our idea was designed to show respect for our audience and how they are masters of making their finances work. To bring this idea to life, we created a campaign focused on how our customers “wear a lot of hats” to keep their finances, and their lives, moving forward.
