Cargo builds brands people champion — and we move fast. We're looking for a Technical Sales lead who can translate what we make into what clients need, and turn that into signed work.

You'll be the bridge between our creative, media, and technology capabilities and the marketers who buy them, owning new business from first conversation to close.

What you'll do
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business across our creative, media, and technology offerings
  • Translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear client value
  • Partner with strategy and creative leads to scope and pitch winning solutions
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first touch to signed contract
  • Represent Cargo at industry events across the US and Canada
What you bring
  • 4+ years in agency, SaaS, or technology sales with a record of hitting targets
  • Comfort selling both creative services and technology/product solutions
  • A consultative style and the ability to earn trust with senior marketers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
