A Jr. Art Director at Cargo is an individual with strong design skills as well as big ideas. They are someone who loves solving problems in smart strategic ways. A Jr. Art Director will work with other senior creatives to create visually stunning and creative work for our clients.
The Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Strong design skills
- Manages time and schedules well
- Strong conceptual thinker
- Detailed oriented
- Voracious learner, creative problem solver and team player
- Able fully flesh out conceptual ideas, sketches, thumbnails
- Collaborates well with other creatives
- Strong background in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Figma, Stripo, Sketchup and Powerpoint experience are a plus

- Helps generate smart, strategic ideas and strong designs for a wide variety of clients.
- Can concept ideas alongside other writers, designers and thinkers
- Can present work confidently in client meetings
- Helps concepts, design and build compelling creative
