A senior Graphic Designer is a veteran designer with a minimum 3+ years of experience. They will work with art directors and writers to help bring their creative visions to life. They assist in day-to-day duties ranging from branding, campaign design, internal and external pitch decks, experiential design, digital and print. As a senior graphic designer, they will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior designers on the team and responsible for preparing work for clients.
The Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience
- Excellent design skills
- Manages time and schedules well
- Independent thinker
- Detailed oriented
- Voracious learner, creative problem solver and team player
- Able fully flesh out conceptual ideas, sketches, thumbnails
- Collaborates well with other creatives
- Strong background in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Figma, Strippo, Sketchup and Powerpoint experience are a plus
- Can help manage and mentor other junior designers and interns
